My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a really big layout that included a large couch area. The welcoming service made me feel right at home, but unfortunately, the unfriendly staff lacked customer service skills. The location was ideal, easy walking distance to great dining, entertainment, and shopping options in the Theater District. The dining experience was lovely, offering delicious meals in a warm atmosphere.
